The setup was incredibly user friendly using the app which in itself was very easy to navigate. Within minutes our camera was up and running and personalizing the settings was a breeze (the alerts feature is my favorite). The video quality stellar for the most part but seemed a little shaky when the follow/motion feature was engaged but it seemed to smooth out and successfully follow the "target" around the room. We plan on mounting it in an area of our home that captures every exit and plan on buying 1-2 more for other areas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jeevan from Superb clarity I got this camera about 10 days ago. The features are as promised. It picks up the sound and track the moving person. Very sensitive camera. Privacy mode is an excellent option and camera completely looks up so no worry that someone can watch you. It has standard, hi-def and ultra hi-def view. The images are crystal clear. The sound is very loud and clear. Night vision is as if you are seeing something in the light. Cons: I cannot use with IFTTT to turn it off when I come home and turn it on when I leave home like EZVIZ mini. If that feature is added, it will be 200% best indoor camera.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Stacy from Love It This is a perfect little sized camera to help me peek in on the house when I am at work. It is wireless, but does have the slot for hired wired if needed. Not only can I hear what is going on at my home but I can also talk to my house, ok my cats. And my kids when they are home. It tilts up, down, and completely around. The controls for that could be better but I am still very happy with the controls. You can record video or take snapsnots. Can turn on or off the sound, the lights and record light so no one knows it's on and running. It is also quite when it is moving. There is a bracet so it can be mounting on a wall or ceiling, although it still has to be plugged in to a power source. Over all I love it and like being able to use a app to check in on things going on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NikkiH from Great View This is a great little camera to have. The camera itself is relatively small, and can be mounted on a ceiling or wall using the provided hardware. The HD playback and view live on the app is crystal clear with zero lag. Easy to set up and use. Download the Ezviz app and follow the instructions in the handbook. Connection is simple. Once that's done, you have access to your cameras feed 24/7 and the picture is great. There is motion detection and facial recognition as well, and you can set your app to notify you. I really like this camera, and the easy access to view my house while I'm away.

At first I was not able to connect to server although I can connect via wifi so I contacted their customer service department via phone and Matt provided easy step-by-step guide to help me to connect the device to the server, he found out it's due to my router firewall setting and informed me to set my router firewall security from high to medium or low. I set it to medium and I can connect to the server immediately. The app is very easy to use and I am happy with the product, I fully recommend this to everyone!

Don't need to look up every time. Just enter and look up notification alarm. All done, peace of mind. The pictures are very clear.

The video is amazing quality and I've had no problems with any type of lag. The video is very clear. My favorite feature of this camera is the 2 way audio! I have it on the ceiling in my living room, so if I step outside I can turn the 2 way audio on and talk to them inside!!! That is so cool and convenient. I highly recommend this camera to anyone who had kids or are wanting a type of security camera around their home.

It's very easy to set up right out of the box. After scanning the code and connecting to my wifi, it was ready to go. I have the EZVIZ app already because I have an outdoor camera as well, so I only needed to add my new device and that was super simple as well. I love all the features of this camera! It moves side to side, up and down, and upon set up, it talked to me! The picture is good quality and the sound is good too. You can speak through it and record videos. It can hold an SD card and you can also save to the cloud if you'd like. I like with this camera, it actually follows movement. I also really like the sleep mode which allows you a bit of privacy while the device "sleeps" until swiched back. Overall, I am very happy with my new camera. It's good picture quality and the camera itself is not huge so it sits easily on a shelf or table or can be mounted. Included is all the hardware you need to mount it yourself too. I definitely recommend!

I installed this camera and it appeared to work fine. However, I have a problem with proper motion detection. The camera will not pick up instant motion. It will not track people unless you take your hand and wave to make the camera aware of motion.

Yes - Using the RTSP protocol, you can configure this device to record continuously to the NVR. If you have an SD card installed, EZVIZ C6CN allows you to set the SD card recording to continuous recording.

I want to use a Poe cable to power the device by having a splitter at the end, this way I have Ethernet and USB micro 5v dc. What is the peer requirements for this camera

EZVIZ expert. I believe you misunderstood this question from ronron. You are correct that teh device is not POE, however you can use the device with POE if you buy additional devices. Ronron mentioned he is using a 'splitter'. A splitter will allow non poe devices to work using poe. To be precise the splitter connects to a poe switch and then the ethernet cable carrying poe will run to the non poe 'camera'. At this point the poe etheret cable will connect to the splitter. The splitter then 'splits' the power and data into separate sources. In other words ther are 2 leads exiting the splitter, one for power and one for data. In this way the EZVIZ non poe camera can be powered over poe, by using the splitter. Hope that makes sense. I am using a tplink av2000 passthrough powerline switch to carry an internet signal over th eains wiring to my garden shed, which is at the back of my garden (40m away from the router). The AV2000 plugs into my mains plug and has 2 'NON POE' ethernet ports. I then have a tplink TP-LINK TL-PoE150S PoE Injector Adapter connected to the av2000 via an etheret patch cable. I then run a 5m cat6 ethernet lead wich connects to the input of my TP-LINK Gigabit Ethernet PoE Splitter Adapter (TL-PoE10R). This sits next to my EZVIZ non poe camera. the splitter is connected to my camera via 2 leads; one ethernet lead to carry data, and one power lead to power the camera. I have tried to explain in as much detail as possible. In short it IS possible to use POE to power a non poe EZVIZ camera, but you have to use a POE Injector and POE splitter, (which cost me a total of £30.00).

How do you link the camera to an amazon echo show

Before connecting to Amazon Echo Show, log in to your EZVIZ App and go to the camera Settings. Look for the “Image Encryption” and tap to turn it off. Change the name of your camera. Ensure that you select a suitable name for your camera, such as “baby room camera” or “front door camera.” Please ensure that you are configuring the EZVIZ skills correctly. Follow the steps below to properly configure EZVIZ skills with your Alexa app; 1. Log into your Alexa app 2. From the menu options choose skills 3. Type EZVIZ on the search bar, locate EZVIZ and enable the skill 4. Enter your EZVIZ username/password to authorize Alexa to access your EZVIZ account 5. Tap the “Discover devices” tab to allow Alexa discover all your EZVIZ device 6. Go back to menu list and select smart home, under devices you should see all your EZVIZ devices under devices Also, please ensure that you have decent internet connection speed both for the Echo show and the EZVIZ device you have linked up with your Alexa. We do recommend that you maintain at least 1.5Mbps upload speed per EZVIZ device on your network.
